Warm up with a hot wrap!

Before you start your workout make sure to use a warm towel on your penis to prevent bruising. Soak a towel in warm water, and gently wrap it around your penis. Leave it on for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
The Stretch

1. Take a towel and soak it with warm water. Bring your penis to an erect state and gently wrap the towel around your penis. Leave it on for a couple of minutes.
2. Next, without causing pain, firmly grip your penis just below the head. Pull your penis out directly in front of you until you feel a stretch at the base and the middle.
3. Once your penis is stretched to a comfortable distance, hold it there for approximately 12 to 15 seconds.
4. Repeat steps two and three for 15 repetitions.
5. Once you are finished with the steps, swing your penis in a circular motion for approximately 20 seconds.

The Basic Milk

1. Bring your penis to a semi erect state.
2. Apply lubricant oil on both of your hands and on your penis.
3. Without causing pain or discomfort, firmly grip around the base of your penis with your thumb placed directly on your forefinger.
4. Keeping a firm grip, slide slowly down the length of your penis until you reach the middle of your penis.
5. Alternate hands and repeat the cycle. Perform 100 slides each hand. Each sliding motion should last approximately 3 seconds.

Workout Routine

Perform each exercise every other day. Stop the exercises when you reach a desired length. If pain or discomfort occurs at any time, stop exercises immediately and consult with your doctor.
